  • Chief Advancement Officer
    • Serve as the head of the Development Department and lead all fundraising efforts across the organization, including individual giving, major gifts, institutional giving, special events, and planned giving.

    • Serve as the connection between GTACS and its graduates by fostering alumni engagement, strengthening relationships, and supporting philanthropic initiatives.

    • Seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and administrative support functions.
  • Custodian
    • Maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained school facilities while performing cleaning, maintenance, and building security duties. This position supports a positive learning environment and upholds the Catholic values of the school community.
  • St. Elizabeth Ann Seton 8th Grade Social Studies & Academic Intervention Teacher
    • Teach four sections of 8th Grade American History and two sections of Academic Assistance. This position also includes helping lead the annual 8th Grade trip to Washington, D.C.
  • Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach
    • Lead the junior varsity volleyball program by developing student-athletes’ skills while fostering spiritual growth. Prepare athletes for varsity competition and model Catholic values, sportsmanship, and Christian leadership.
  • Immaculate Conception 5th Grade Teacher
    • Full-time teaching position for the 2026–2027 school year. Applicants should possess a valid elementary teaching certificate and demonstrate an active faith life.
  • St. Francis Preschool Aide (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
    • Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans, leading group activities, preparing classroom materials, and supporting students’ academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development. This position also assists with SJC.
  • St Joseph Club (SJC) Supervisors
    • St. Joseph Club (SJC) is seeking caring, dependable, and faith-filled individuals to provide a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment for students in our Preschool (3s & 4s) and K–5 Elementary after-school programs. Responsibilities include supervising students, assisting with homework, facilitating activities, and fostering positive social and spiritual development. Applicants must be licensed through the State of Michigan’s childcare system (LARA). GTACS will assist with the licensing process, including required training and paperwork. This position is ideal for retirees, college students, future educators, or anyone with a heart for serving children in a Catholic school community.
      • Saint Francis Preschool hours: 2:30–5:15 p.m.
      • Immaculate Conception Elementary hours: 2:20–5:30 p.m.
      • Flexible days available based on your schedule (minimum of two days per week required)
  • Dining Services Substitutes
    • GTACS Dining Services is looking for reliable and friendly individuals to join our kitchen substitute roster! Substitutes are needed at all three sites. Shifts vary, but typically begin between 8:00am and 10:00am, then end around 2:00pm. Tasks may include sandwich making, fruit/veggie chopping, table wiping, dish washing, and serving meals to students. Pay is $15/hour.
