About More Than Four Foundation:
In 2024, the Rigan family decided to share their cancer story and bring our community together by creating the More Than Four Foundation. In a few short months, the first cornerstone event was planned and executed with overwhelming success. The 5.04K run/walk, founded by Conor Rigan, brought 800+ sign-ups and even more families to come together and support the battle against pediatric cancer.
More Than Four Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children, families, doctors, and researchers fighting pediatric cancer. Our vision is a world where no child has to face cancer.
