St. Francis High School was named a School of Excellence by the Cardinal Newman Society. The Catholic Education Honor Roll’s School of Excellence Award recognizes high schools that exhibit faithful Catholic education through institutional identity, administration, academics, and student life. The annual list of awardees serves as a resource for parents, schools, and donors.
The award parallels that which was formerly known as the Top 50 Catholic High Schools list, which was under the direction of the Acton Institute. St. Francis High School earned that distinction in 2008-9, 2010-11 and 2012-13.
